OnCommando – Terms of Service

Last updated: December 19, 2024

Welcome to OnCommando ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnCommando platform, including our website, mobile apps, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using OnCommando, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

1. Nature of the Service

OnCommando is a marketplace that connects clients ("Clients") who need services with independent providers ("Providers") who offer those services.

OnCommando does not employ Providers. Providers operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services.

OnCommando is not a party to agreements between Clients and Providers. We provide the technology to facilitate these connections.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OnCommando.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account as either a Client or Provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Use of the Platform

Clients may browse, book, and pay Providers through the Platform.

Providers may list services, set prices, and accept bookings through the Platform.

Both Clients and Providers agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Circumvent OnCommando by arranging services or payments outside the Platform.
  • Misuse or exploit the Platform's technology.

5. Payments

All payments must be processed through OnCommando's secure payment system.

Clients authorize charges to their selected payment method at the time of booking.

Providers agree that OnCommando will deduct applicable service fees before releasing payouts.

Payouts are transferred to Providers' designated accounts, subject to verification and processing times.

6. Fees

OnCommando charges a commission on transactions between Clients and Providers.

The applicable fee structure will be displayed clearly before any booking or payout.

We may adjust fees at any time with notice.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel bookings under the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

Providers must honor accepted bookings or risk account suspension.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the Platform.

OnCommando reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not obligated to resolve them.

8. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for:

  • Delivering services as agreed with Clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, licenses, and regulations.
  • Paying all applicable taxes on their earnings.

Providers may not misrepresent their skills, qualifications, or availability.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate details of the requested services.
  • Pay all agreed fees promptly.
  • Treat Providers respectfully and fairly.

10. Reviews & Feedback

Clients may leave reviews after a service is completed.

Reviews must be fair, accurate, and not defamatory.

OnCommando may remove reviews that violate our policies.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Post false, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform.
  • Solicit or encourage activity outside the Platform to avoid fees.

  • Any damages or losses resulting from services booked through the Platform.
  • Any disputes between Clients and Providers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closing your account.

16. Privacy
